Why teaching as a career

Teaching as a career because it is stable & one of the most rewarding careers of all times.

There is a need for teachers everywhere.

In times of economic distress, teaching goes unabated because they are indispensable for nurturing a plural society.

All schools get over in the afternoon, which makes teaching time bound.

The adoption of technology is changing the way teaching is done.

A teacher teaches all other professions hence, at every stage of learning, we need teachers.

Teachers educate in schools, colleges, universities & specialist trainers training in high demand skills.

Even during the pandemic induced lockdown, teaching continued uninterrupted because they are crucial for learning.

Students desirous of becoming teachers should be confident because it’s the most stable profession, which is very rewarding.

Under the 7th pay commission, teacher’s salary have increased because they are crucial for a progressive society. We pay them well because the Government wants to attract the best into the profession.

There is a tremendous demand for teachers because new schools are opening up everywhere.

For teachers, there are plenty of jobs because with a teaching qualification like B.A.B.Ed schools readily employ them.

After a few years of experience, educators can become school administrators, Vice Principal, or Principal, depending on their interest.

The GOI recruits teachers who have cleared CTET or other state teacher eligibility tests.

For Central schools candidates should be qualified in CTET & should have cleared the Kendra Vidyalaya Sang than exam.

Why teaching as a career – it offers plenty of jobs

For both boys & girls, teaching is good because after school they can pursue higher studies & improve their career prospects.

Girls should pursue teaching because it gives them ample time for their families, as it is time bound.

Married women can take care of their families because they are free by 3. PM. Students should pursue an integrated B.A.B.Ed course because it renders them eligible for all TGT jobs.

Teachers get the maximum number of leaves because the Government orders closure of educational institutions occasionally.

Excellent schools offer 7th pay commission salaries because they want to attract the best teachers.

Those with a passion for teaching should pursue integrated B.A.B.Ed because it confers dual degrees & saves 1 year.

Teachers develop their children’s career because their teaching experience empowers them with skills crucial for career building.

Teachers are empathetic because they teach underprivileged children who consider learning their only hope for a better life.

Most teachers are excellent orators because teaching entails presenting the topics efficiently.

After a few years of experience, teachers can gain higher qualification like M.Ed. making them eligible for college jobs. As long as humanity is alive, we need teachers because they establish an educated society.
