Dr Rajiv Tyagi opined that, without changing the strict legal provisions of the Indian constitutions, delivering speedy justice is difficult.

Mr. Dev Pratap Singh Former Additional Director (Prosecution) expressed that delayed justice is not only unreasonable but a harassment for the victim because the victim hopes get shattered owing to the delay.

Further, Mr. Abhinav Goswami Sr. Adv. High Court asserted that rigidity of the constitution, complex legal process & fewer judges compared to the pending cases is the primary cause of delayed justice in the country.

Dr Vipin Kr Chauhan HOD Venkateshwara School of Legal studies stated that by forming legal service authority at national, state & district level for free legal advice to the underprivileged sections of the society, these people can protect their rights.

Lastly, Dr Raj Vardhan Singh Program Coordinator & Prof. VSLS stated through fast track courts there is hope for speedy justice involving heinous crimes because speedy justice deters perpetuators from committing the crime.
