Teachers’ Day 2025

Shri Venkateshwara University celebrated Teachers’ Day 2025 by presenting the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Teacher Award and hosting a seminar on how teachers are crucial in shaping destinies and building the nation.

For doing exemplary work in their domains, we felicitated over 250 teachers and principals by gifting them shawls and mementos.

Noticeable among them being Mr. Sheonath Singh–received the National Teacher Award from the President, Dr Yatindra Kataria – awarded the Official Language National Award, Rekha Rani, Kuldeep Tyagi- received the Governor award, and Suman Rani.

Teacher Manoj Sharma, honored with Vidhavibhuti by the Governor, along with Rajkumar Pal – received the state award.

We honoured renowned educationist Prof RS Sharma and Dr Madhu Chaturvedi with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Prof. RS Sharma was formerly Deputy Secretary, DU and is presently working as a consultant with Shri Venkateshwara University. Dr Madhu Chaturvedi is an educationist and a renowned poet.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, and the finance Director Yuvraj Singh inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

Dr Piyush Kr. Pandey, BJYM President Shubham Chaudhary, Dr Yatindra Kataria, Dr Madhu Chaturvedi, & Mr. Shyonath Singh joined them to unveil the events marking Teachers’ Day 2025.

On this occasion, the students presented various cultural programs to honour their teachers.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated India has become a world leader through the power of its educated youth.

The credit for making this happen goes to our teachers, who have transferred vital skills to our students.

Shri Venkateshwara University celebrated Teachers’ Day 2025 with full enthusiasm

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, asserted that through quality education and global exposure, India has become a world leader.

Moreover, Mr. Sheonath Singh stated that top Indian-origin teachers are fulfilling the higher and technical teaching needs of leading institutions around the world. Mr. Sheonath Singh received the National Teacher Award from the President of India.

Further, Dr. Madhu Chaturvedi mentioned that former President and great teacher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan preferred being called a Teacher over President, highlighting the supremacy of teachers.

Those present included the Registrar, Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Ana Erik Brown, Dr Ashwini Saxena, Dr Suman, Dr Yogeshwar Sharma, Dr Om Prakash, Dr Anil Jaiswal, Dr SN Sahu, and Dr SK Shrivastava.

Moreover, Dr Neetu Panwar, Dr Rajwardhan, Dr Ashutosh, Dr Darpan Kaushik, Dr Tejpal Singh, Dr Jyoti, Dr Manish, Dr Manjari Rana, Anusha Karnwal, Maroof Chaudhary, SS Baghel, CFO Vikas Bhatia and Legal Director DevPratap were all present.

Moreover, the Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.

Finally, Dr Jyoti Singh and Akhil Kumar conducted the program exceedingly well.
