Venkateshwara Group of Institutions, Meerut launched its sports complex to promote the Khelo India Youth Games in the country.
On this occasion, we inspired the students to take part in sports because they rejuvenate the mind for better performance.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, VC Dr P K Bharti, & the Meerut campus Director Dr Pratap Singh inaugurated the sports complex by cutting a ribbon.
In his address, Dr. Sudhir Giri affirmed sports are excellent for both the physical & mental health of the person.
Dr Rajiv Tyagi asserted that the overall development of the students is not possible without sports.
Lastly, Dr Pratap Singh expressed sports foster the sound health of an individual. After this, he played a table tennis match to motivate the students for sports.
On this occasion the Campus director felicitated the media in charge Mr. Vishwas Rana & the games in charge Mr. Abhinav Rana with the appreciation award for their sincerity, hard work & good behavior.
Ms. Sharmila Solanki Lecturer education compered the program well.
Those present included the Director education Dr B C Dubey, Principal Dr Sanjay Tiwari, Registrar Dr Ravi Shankar, Alka Singh, Braj Pal Singh, Arun Goswami, Deepak Kumar, Pooja Sharma, and Vidisha.
