Sardar Bhagat Singh

Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Meerut celebrated the 114th birth anniversary of Shaheed a Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh by organizing a program in the education department.  

Later, the Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh inaugurated the event by offering flowers & lighting a lamp to the portrait of Bhagat Singh. The Director glorified the valor & bravery of Bhagat Singh because he is an icon of nationalism for the country’s youth.

Further, Dr B C Dubey Director Education presided over the program & suggested inculcating the ideals of Bhagat Singh in one’s life.

Dr Sanjay Tiwari Principal of education dept. supervised the program & expressed his thoughts about the struggle endured by Sardar Bhagat Singh.

He exhorted the students & staff to show solidarity with the nation & expressed his nationalist feelings for the martyrs of the country. Its the youth on whose shoulders the future of the nation rests because they have the zeal & energy to foster change.

VGI Meerut is proactive in organizing such events because they apprise the youth about the hardships & struggles of our free struggle martyrs.

Those present from the education department included Dr Pankaj Kumar, Pooja Sharma, Ms. Sharmila Solanki, Preeti Tyagi, Vidisha Chaudhary, Pranav Sharma, Arun Sharma, Girish Azad, & Abhinav Rana.
