Shri Venkateshwara University, renowned for its exceptional higher technical and medical education, will now offer a skill-based course in fashion technology & textile designing to make the youth job ready.

Moreover, this skill based fashion technology & textile designing course will popularize Indian culture and clothing all over the world.

Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, Pro Chancellor of Shri Venkateshwara University, and Ms. Kahakasha Caledoz, CEO of Caledoz 70 and renowned fashion designer, made this announcement after a two-day fashion show at Hotel Hyatt.

Shri Venkateshwara University and Caledoz 70 have fostered an educational agreement.

Under this agreement, Caledoz 70 will provide fashion designing training to students. While, Shri Venkateshwara University will award them with diplomas and certificates.  

This way Indian clothes & apparels will get popular all over the world.

These skilled fashion technology students can grab lucrative jobs in India & abroad or start their own venture.

Dr. Sudhir Giri, the Founder President of the Venkateshwara Group, emphasized that the Skill India Digital India schemes offer lakhs of jobs and self-employment opportunities for the youth. Our aim is to empower women through a range of initiatives.

On this occasion the Nepalese Economic Affairs Minister Mr. Taranath Adhikari, Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, VC Dr Krishan Kant Dave, Group CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, & the Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey were present.
