Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute, along with the Karuna Yoga Foundation & Art of Living, Bengaluru, hosted a grand Yoga Camp and felicitation ceremony to celebrate International Yoga Day 2024.
The Yoga for Youth Camp, which lasted for 14 days, ended today.
We celebrated International Yoga Day 2024 by honoring the Yoga trainers with a Turban, Patka, and memento.
International Yoga Trainer & CEO of Karuna Yoga Foundation Ms. Karuna Tyagi & Art of Living Meditation Guru Ms. Madhvi Singh gave valuable Yoga tips to the students & staff of the University.
They appealed to realize the Healthy India mission through Yoga and meditation.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Chief Guest & Keynote Speaker Ms. Karuna Tyagi & Ms. E Madhvi Singh of the Art of Living inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Sarasvati.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi & Mr. Naval Sharma Consultant Ministry of Ayush joined them to unveil the mega Yoga Camp cum felicitation ceremony on International Yoga Day 2024.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President, Dr Sudhir Giri, reiterated India has the largest youth population in the world. Through Yoga, spirituality & youth power, India is on track to become a world leader.
Renowned Yoga Trainer Ms. Karuna Tyagi asserted Yoga is India’s historical heritage.
Because of PM Mr. Narendra Modi’s dedicated efforts, Yoga has received international recognition and has regained its past glory.
Yoga not only leads to personal transformation but also helps one play a credible role in the nation’s development.
Ms. Madhvi Singh emphasized that let’s make India a brand ambassador of health and global harmony through Yoga, meditation & spirituality.
Mega Yoga Camp marking the International Yoga Day 2024
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi affirmed Yoga & spirituality are the symbols of a healthy & cultured India. On the last day of the 14 day long Yoga camp, we honored reputed Yoga Teachers with a shawl & memento.
Those present included the Group Advisor Mr. RS Sharma, Dean Medical Dr Atul Verma, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Divya Girdhar Dr Manjari Rana, Dr VN Jha, Dr CP Singh, Dr TP Singh & Dr Om Prakash.
Moreover, Dr SN Sahu, Dr Ashutosh Singh, Dr Kirti Pasricha, Dr Vivek Sachan, Dr Ram Kumar, Dr Yogeshwar Sharma Dr Dinesh Gautam Dr Raj Vardhan, Dr Anil Kr. Jaiswal, Kaushal Gupta, & Dr Uma Mishra were all present.
Also present were Dr Charu Agarwal, Tarun Kambhoj, Maroof Chaudhary, Arun Goswami, Vivek Sharma, Vishal Sharma, SS Baghel, Suman Kaur, Saumik Banerjee, Pratibha, Dr Varsha Yadav, & Sheel Bhadra.
