Shri Venkateshwara University hosted the Venkateshwara Youth Festival 2025 to celebrate Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary.
Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute hosted the Venkateshwara Youth Festival 2025 with full grandeur to celebrate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
Swami Vivekananda is a youth inspiration, era transformer, & the global conservator of India’s rich cultural heritage.
Moreover, the Venkateshwara Youth Festival 2025 will run for 3 days wherein over a dozen events like sports competition, cultural programs, blood donation camp, traffic awareness & women empowerment will take place.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, VC Dr Krishan Kant Dave & the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati & by offering flowers on the portrait of Swami Vivekananda Ji.
Today on the first day we organized unity race, traffic awareness rally, blood donation camp & a tug-of-war competition.
Moreover, the youth took a pledge to save many lives by collecting over 200 units of blood. They carried out an awareness rally and gave the message of global peace by organizing a Run for unity.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President, Dr Sudhir Giri, reiterated Swami Vivekananda provided recognition to Indian culture & traditions on the world forum that established India as a world leader. He urged youth to follow Swamiji’s ideals and dedicate themselves to national service.
Further, the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi announced Swamiji was the lone crusader who presented India’s image as a world leader in front of western countries & made the country proud. No doubt Swamiji is a Youth Icon.
We should follow his devised path of peace, goodwill & universal brotherhood & strive to become a world leader.
Moreover, Swamiji was a youth inspirer, a crusader for global peace, with his thoughts being relevant even today.
Dr. Krishna Kant Dave, the Vice-Chancellor, highlighted that Swami Vivekananda encouraged youth to persist despite challenges and to act fearlessly for the betterment of the nation. Further, he actively promoted Indian culture and traditions on the world forum.
Those present included the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, Advisor Mr. RS Sharma, Academic Dean Dr Rajesh Singh, COE Dr Mohit Sharma, Dr Tejpal Singh, Dr Ashutosh Singh, & Dr Om Prakash Gosai were all present.
Dr Rahul Kumar, Dr Ashwini Kumar Saxena, Dr Sarvanand Sahu, Dr Ana Brown, Dr Snehlata Goswami, Dr Neetu Panwar, Rinki Sharma, Dr LS Rawat, SS Baghel, Arun Goswami, & Maroof Chaudhary were all present.
The Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.
Dr Rajwardhan Singh conducted the program exceedingly well.
