Placement Drive

At a mega placement drive, 62 Diploma Engineering students of Shri Venkateshwara University Gajraula & Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Meerut got placed in A G Industries Ltd, a reputed automobile company of Gurgaon.

On getting the job, the students were delighted. They attributed the placement to the correct guidance & hard work of their teachers.

The Manager Operations Mr. Saurabh Mishra & the H R Manager Mr. Vijendra Singh gave offer letters to the shortlisted candidates.

A G Industries Ltd the reputed automobile major manufacturing spares for Hero MotoCorp, Maruti Suzuki, TVS & others conducted campus placement drive under the aegis of Skill India & Yuva Shakti Foundation.  

Over 300 students of Meerut & Gajraula campuses took part in the placement drive.

After 3 rounds of interviews, the company shortlisted 62 candidates & along with the management gave them offer letters.

Dr Sudhir Giri Chairman Venkateshwara Group, Pro-chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi & the VC Prof. P K Bharti congratulated the selected candidates & wished them a bright future.

Dr Sudhir Giri, Dr Rajiv Tyagi, Prof P K Bharti & the representatives of A G Industries inaugurated the Campus Placement Drive by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

In his address, Dr Sudhir Giri stated that despite global recession & the Corona Pandemic there are plenty of job opportunities for the skilled professionals.

The Prime Ministers Digital India, Make in India & Skill India welfare schemes, are inspiring & the country is progressing on the path of development.

Dr Rajiv Tyagi informed that despite the Corona pandemic in the last one year, over 650 students of IT, Engineering, Nursing, Paramedical, Management & health sector from both Gajraula & Meerut campuses have received jobs.

Placement drive had a huge gathering

Those present included the Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Meerut Campus Director Dr Prabhat Srivastava, Director Academics Dr Rakesh Yadav, and the Director of Admissions Alka Singh.

Also present were Director Research Dr Rajesh Singh, Director Placement Dr Anil Jaiswal, Brajpal Singh, Anjali Sharma, Deepak Kumar, Dr Mohit Sharma, Arun Goswami & Pritpal.
