Shri Venkateshwara University hosted the closing ceremony of the Nutrition Awareness Campaign 2025.
Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute in collaboration with the UP Government and Jubilant Bhartiya Foundation successfully concluded the month-long Nutrition Awareness Campaign 2025.
During the month-long exercise involving 6000 students from 148 schools, we carried out a dedicated Nutrition Awareness Campaign to save these students from malnutrition. Moreover, this campaign is part of the Healthy India–Healthy UP mission.
Madam Nidhi Gupta Vats, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, and the CDO Ashwani Mishra inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
Dr Sujeet Phogat from Jubilant Bhartiya Foundation and the VC Dr KK Dave joined them to unveil the closing ceremony of the Nutrition Awareness Campaign 2025.
The DM and IAS Mrs. Nidhi Gupta Vats, CDO Ashwani Mishra, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, VC Dr KK Dave & Jubilant Bhartiya Foundation CSR Head Dr Sujeet Phogat felicitated the winners by giving them certificates, gifts and nutritional kits.
Later, DM Mrs. Nidhi Gupta Vats honored the students of Composite School Mohamadabad by giving them laptops and tablets for their outstanding street play that raised awareness about nutrition during Nutrition Awareness Month. Madam Nidhi Gupta Vats was the chief guest at the event.
In her address, Madam Nidhi Gupta Vats emphasized that education and health are the basic requirements of human life.
If our future generation remains uneducated or malnourished (having poor health) then we cannot realize the dream of a Healthy India.
Without quality education and good health, we cannot realize the dream of Viksit UP, and without Viksit UP, we cannot accomplish Viksit Bharat. Therefore, the role of a healthy India is primary in national development.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated we are committed to offering world-class education and health services to the people of UP West.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, asserted that along with the Government, the role of voluntary organizations and educational institutions will be vital in achieving the Viksit Bharat- Viksit UP mission.
Those present included the Registrar, Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr SN Sahu, Dr Neetu Panwar, Dr Manish Sharma, Dr Manjari Rana, Dr Suman Kumari, Dr Chandrakant, Dr Shri Ram Gupta and Anusha Karnwal.
Moreover, the Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.
