Excellent Law Institute Award

Shri Venkateshwara University received the Excellent Law Institute award for adopting innovative teaching methods in legal education.

Senior Justice of the Supreme Court Justice Rakesh Bindal and the Attorney General of India R Venkatramani felicitated Shri Venkateshwara University with the Excellent Law Institute award.

Pro-Chancellor of Shri Venkateshwara University, Dr Rajeev Tyagi, received the award during a seminar on ‘The Role of AI in the Legal System’ jointly held at the Indian Law Institute and the Supreme Court.

Chief Guest Justice Rakesh Bindal, AGI Mr. R Venkatramani, Director of the Indian Law Institute, Dr VK Ahuja, inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

International writer Dinesh Raghuvanshi and the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi joined them to unveil the seminar cum felicitation function jointly held under the aegis of All India Law Forum, Indian Law Institute and the SC.

Justice Rakesh Bindal asserted AI is the need of the hour, but law students, lawyers, courts and legal education institutes should use AI as a helping tool and not as a primary coach. No technology surpasses the security and capability of the human brain.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated that it’s a matter of pride for the Venkateshwara Group on receiving the award from the Senior Justice of the Supreme Court and the Attorney General of India.
