Cleanliness Fortnight-2025

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute successfully concluded the ‘Cleanliness Fortnight-2025’ from (1st Sept–15th Sept) under the UGC directives.

While observing the 15-day cleanliness fortnight, our students organized over a dozen programs to put forth the message of Clean India–Green India, Healthy India- Ayushman India and Viksit Bharat 2047.

The initiatives included mega-cleanliness drives. They also featured free health camps. Mass plantations and street plays were part of the effort.

Moreover, we also implemented Cleanliness signature campaigns, poster making, and oath campaigns.

Dr. Sudhir Giri, Founder President of the Venkateshwara Group, along with Pro Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi and VC Dr. KK Dave, launched the closing ceremony of ‘Cleanliness Fortnight-2025’ by starting a signature campaign, conducting a cleanliness oath ceremony, and flagging off a cleanliness rally.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated that maintaining cleanliness is the personal responsibility of every citizen and we cannot imagine a Developed India without a clean India.

Moreover, he stated that the Clean India – Green India Mission, launched a decade ago by the honorable PM and the Chief Minister in Uttar Pradesh, has completely transformed India’s negative image. India now ranks among the leading countries in the world.

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, asserted that without the success of the Clean India Healthy India mission, the Viksit Bharat 2047 dream cannot be realized. Schemes like Clean India-Green India, and Healthy India – Ayushman India are the most important parts of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Shri Venkateshwara University concluded the Cleanliness Fortnight-2025 by launching many programs

Under the cleanliness signature campaign, we made 11000 people sign the cleanliness banner and will present it to the honourable President of India on 17th-September through the DM. 17th-September is the birthday of our honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi.

Those present included the Finance Director Yuvraj Singh, Academic Dean Dr Rajesh Singh, Dr Neetu Panwar, Dr Suman Kumari, Dr Rajwardhan, Dr Ashutosh, Dr Ashwani Saxena, Dr Om Prakash and Dr Darpan Kaushik.

Moreover, Dr SK Shrivastava, Dr Yogeshwar Sharma, Dr Anil Jaiswal, Dr Mohit Sharma, Dr Snehlata, Neema, Smita, Maroof Chaudhary, and Arun Goswami were all present. The Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.
