Bose the Rashtranayak

Share

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute celebrated the birth anniversary (Prakram Divas) of revolutionary freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose–by hosting a seminar & national service oath ceremony. The topic of the seminar was – Bose the Rashtranayak.

The University management, administration along with dignitaries exhorted thousands of students & staff to follow Netaji ideals & discussed the struggles he endured for the country’s independence.

We then encouraged students to commit themselves to national service.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, CG & senior litterateur Dr Madhu Chaturvedi along with the VC Dr Krishna Kant Dave inaugurated the event by offering flowers on the portrait of Mother India & Netaji.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated that it’s rare to find people of the caliber of Netaji who were visionary, patriot and who sacrificed everything for the country’s freedom.

In just three months, and with little support, he founded the Azad Hind Fauj by training 40,000 young men and women to fight against the British occupiers.

Moreover, this army was a nightmare for the British occupiers, which shocked the foundations of the British Empire.

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi affirmed the best tribute to Netaji on his birth anniversary Prakram Divas will be to rise above caste, creed, region, religion, community & give 100 percent in our work areas & contribute 100 percent towards national service.

By doing so soon, our country will become a world leader. Today, along with the entire country, the Venkateshwara family remembers Netaji on his birth anniversary.
