10-day Nursing workshop

Today, Shri Venkateshwara University’s School of Nursing culminated a 10-day Nursing workshop on Advanced Cardiac & Paediatric Life Support with the Glorious International Nursing Research Foundation UK.

In this 10-day Nursing workshop, the experts from the Glorious Foundation UK trained nursing & medical students on the ways to save the patient’s life in an emergency.

The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, & the Nursing Dean Dr Ana Brown inaugurated the valedictory function of the nursing workshop by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.  

Moreover, the College Management, along with the Nursing Dean, Dr Ana Brown, gave certificates to over 450 nursing & Medical students who took part in the 10 day workshop.

The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, while addressing the workshop announced through R & D, the Venkateshwara School of Nursing will be developed as a Centre of Excellence.

Dr Swapnil Rahane, representing the Glorious Foundation UK, described how we save thousands of lives every year by using advanced cardiac life support procedures.

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi opined that there are plenty of job opportunities for nursing professionals in India & abroad.

Those present included the VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, Academic Dean Dr Sanjiv Bhatt, Founder of Glorious Foundation Dr H N Ravindran, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Balram Kaitharia & Dr S Baghel.

Noticeable with their presence was the Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh, Neetushree Pal, Pooja, Pratibha, Neema, Anusha Karnawal, Sumandeep, Vaishali, Sahil Chaudhary & Sanjiv Kumar.
