The pros & cons of teaching are:

A teacher gains satisfaction when his pupils learn concepts that build their future.

This contentment of fostering a remarkable change in students’ life is the biggest advantage for a teacher.

Many underprivileged children cannot afford tuitions or paid resources because they come from poor backgrounds.

Likewise, such children study in government or aided schools where their best recourse is the teacher.

A dedicated teacher is doing great service because he is nurturing the future of the country. The feeling of pride one gets when their students achieve zenith is the biggest pros of being a teacher.  

A teacher teaches all other professions because they nurture the future of the country. Teachers get free by 3. PM as teaching is time bound, giving enough time for other tasks.

Other important pros and cons of teaching are:

They get plenty of holidays because schools follow the government mandated holiday list giving respect to all religions & communities.

They pay teachers well as schools want to attract the best to improve their result & brand. Excellent schools pay 7th pay commission salaries because a motivated teacher works with enthusiasm, leading to better results.

One of the best pros of being a teacher is the respect they get because they impart knowledge for success in life. No other profession matches the stability teaching offers because all parents strive to educate their wards.

Our culture accords highest respect for the teacher regarding them above God because they impart education for a better life.

Teachers can work lifelong because they give tuitions after retirement, further improving their income & killing time.

The pros of teaching is stability

They easily find employment because schools & educational institutions are on the lookout for dedicated educators.

Schools pay subject experts between 10 and 30 lakhs because they teach for fiercely competitive JEE, NEET & NDA exams.

Edtech companies hire them at plump salaries because post pandemic online courses have become very popular.

Udemy teachers earn in crores because lakhs purchase their courses for skill enhancement.

Post pandemic teaching is the most stable profession because it continued unabated & has even diversified into online modes.

It is an evergreen profession because to survive new skills will be in demand. Teachers get summer breaks to spend time with family & friends unmatched by other professions.

There are no cons of teaching because it’s a noble & ethical profession. The initial years are hard because one has to prepare many reports to maintain student’s records.

Further, a B.ed from a good institute inculcates best teaching practices, enhancing their teaching & management skills vital for educators.

Likewise, after teaching for a few years, one masters the subjects & completes all procedural tasks with ease. Teachers have a stable life with good earnings because many give tuitions after their regular work.
