Foundation Day

On July 27th, Shri Venkateshwara University/VGI Meerut celebrated its foundation day with full fanfare because it also happens to be the birthday of our Chairman Sir. .

We commemorated this day, marking the birthday of Dr Sudhir Giri Chairman Venkateshwara Group by announcing over a dozen welfare schemes for the residents of Meerut, Amroha & Western UP.

On this occasion, we organized blood donation camp, sacrifice, cultural programs, tree plantation, feast & over a dozen programs because its a way to give back to the society.

The Chief Guest District Magistrate Mr. B K Tripathi, Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro-chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi & the VC Dr P K Bharti inaugurated the function along with illuminated India–Illuminated future by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

In his address, Dr Sudhir Giri informed that for one decade Venkateshwara Group is at the forefront in providing quality education & healthcare to the masses because we profess affordable education & health for all.

On its 23rd foundation day under the honorable Prime Minister Modiji’s & Yogiji’s Beti Bachao–Beti Padhao program, we will perform free of cost delivery of 200 women from BPL families.

Apart from this, we will conduct free of cost eye operations, & distribute free glasses to veterans above the age of 60 years because our elders are our guiding spirit.

Every year we will freely educate a dozen girls in BBA, BCA & B Com courses because an educated women nurtures a plural society. He launched over a dozen free welfare schemes in the field of education & health because our motto is welfare of the society.

Mr. Hari Singh Dhillon BJP MLA, who was also the special Invitee, stated there has been a revolution in the energy sector in the last one decade because of rapid electrification in villages.

Noticeable were the HR Head Shivshankar, Additional Legal Director Devpratap Singh, Dr. Ikram Elahi Dr. Sanjay Tiwari, Dr. Mohit Sharma, Dr. Dr. Vivek Sachan, & Dr. Yogeshwar Sharma.

The participation of Dr. SN Sahu, Dr. Raj Vardhan, Dr. Anna Brown, Dr. Umesh Kumar, Pradeep Sharma, C.F.O. Vikas Bhatia, C.A. Dashmeet Bagga, Gurdayal Singh Katiyar, & Balaji Malayappan, was noticeable.
