Shri Venkateshwara University(SVU) will conduct its 11th convocation ceremony on January 15th, 2026. SVU held a Convocation Ceremony press conference to inform about the high-profile dignitaries and students who will take part in the Convocation.
Higher Education Minister Dr Yogendra Upadhyaya, former AIU President Prof. DS Chauhan, ministers, local MLA, Teacher MLA, High ranking administrative/police officials along with over 2 dozen scientists and educationists will attend the Convocation ceremony.
They will confer degrees and medals to thousands of graduates, PG and PhD scholars and wish them a bright future. The officials also informed about the University’s achievements in the last 1 ½ decades.
Pro-chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi informed that Dr Yogendra Upadhyaya, Higher Education Minister, will be the chief guest at the event.
Minister in charge of the district Dr KP Malik, Amroha MP Mr. Kanwar Singh Tanwar, Teacher and Graduate MLAs along with top administrative and police officials will take part in the event. The presence of former AIU President Prof. DS Chauhan will provide inspirational guidance to the students.

Dr. Sudhir Giri, Founder and President of the Venkateshwara Group, will guide students toward successful careers and honor over two dozen students for their academic excellence by awarding them gold medals.
Moreover, we will confer MD degrees on medical students who have successfully completed their postgraduate studies this year. For overall excellent performance, we will honour a bright student with the Chancellor’s Medal.
Moreover, those present included the VC Prof. KK Dave, University advisor Prof. RS Sharma, Finance Director Yuvraj Singh, Registrar Prof. Piyush Kr. Pandey, Dr Rajesh Singh, Dr Ana Erik Brown, Dr Ashutosh and Dr Rajwardhan.
Dr Yogeshwar, Dr Suman, Dr Neetu Panwar, Dr Om Prakash Gosai, Dr Ashwin Saxena, Dr Dheeraj Dubey, Dr Shriram Gupta, Dr Mohit Sharma, Dr SK Shrivastava, Dr Thomas, Dr Shilpa Raina and Dr Anjali Bhardwaj were all present. Also present were Reena Joshi, SS Baghel, Vishal Sharma, Shakti Dhwaj, Arun Goswami, Maroof Chaudhary, and Pritpal. Moreover, the Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others in the Convocation Ceremony Press Conference.
