BALLB Courses
A write up about the BALLB course, fees, eligibility, syllabus & the career prospects after doing BALLB.

BALLB courses

BALLb courses are getting popular because they allow students to pursue law courses right after passing class 12th.

Initially, people had to first complete graduation to become eligible for the LLB Course. The Traditional LLB requires 6 years to complete, 3 years for graduation, & 3 years for LLB.

In contrast, the BALLB courses (BALLB, BSc LLB, BcomLLB, and BBALLB) just take 5 years, as these are integrated courses offering dual degrees. The student saves 1 year & graduates with dual degrees of BA & LLB together.

The other advantage of BALLB courses is that they allow students to pursue law courses right after 12th.

The staggering number of pending cases in Indian courts is a reminder there is no dearth of work for legal professionals. Further BALLB courses are getting popular because of dual degrees and saving precious 1 year.

It depends on the student’s interest whether they wish to pursue BALLB/BSCLLB/BBALLB/BcomLLB. All of them are dual courses that save 1 year for the student.

People are aware of their rights and approach courts whenever they feel threatened or victimized.

The Government’s move for women’s empowerment has led to the other half seeking justice whenever they feel threatened or face injustice.

The growing number of family court cases remind that marital discord is a major problem where individuals are increasing seeking justice.

Girls are independent & raise their voice against any kind of assault or misbehaviour because they want to lead a dignified life.

There are over 4 crores pending cases in Indian courts because of the tardy justice process.

Through changes being made in Indian laws, the Govt. is trying to expedite the justice system so that the victim receives timely justice.

India needs enough number of judges & magistrates to timely dispose of cases so that the victim gets justice. There are over 1 crore pending cases in UP courts, the most populous state in the country. It includes over 97 lakhs criminal & over 18 lakhs civil cases in various stages of justice.
