UPRTOU (UP Rajshri Tandon Open University) has scheduled its B.ed entrance exam 2023 for August 05th to select candidates for the B.Ed and B.ed (SE) course.

UP B.ed entrance exam 2023 syllabus

B.ed entrance exam 2023-24 in Hindi
Authorities conduct B.ed entrance exams in Hindi & English both so that Hindi medium students are not at a disadvantage. Under the NEP 2020, the role of mother tongue is primary, as students can complete primary education in their mother tongue to foster learning.
According to the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, paragraph 4.11, the medium of instruction should be the home language/mother tongue/local language/regional language, if possible, until at least Grade 5, but preferably till Grade 8 and beyond.
Moreover, the aim of the Government is to decipher knowledge that can be applied for common good because students grasp well when taught in the mother tongue. Countries like China, Japan & Russia are a glaring example that real learning happens when taught in the mother tongue.
