It was a historic Sunday for Shri Venkateshwara University\/Institute. Shri Venkateshwara University<\/a>\/Institute felicitated Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, the honorable CM of Uttarakhand, for successfully implementing UCC (Uniform Civil Code) in Uttarakhand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Venkateshwara Group\u2019s<\/a> Founder President Dr. Sudhir Giri, MLC Mr. Ashok Kataria, Pro Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, and MLC Dr. Hari Singh Dhillon warmly welcomed Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, they presented him with an Uttarakhand cap, Patka, shawl, mace, and a statue of Lord Venkateshwara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Ashok Kataria, Dr. Sumedha Didi, Acharya of Gurukul College, Dr. Madhu Chaturvedi, DM Nidhi Gupta Vats, SP Amit Kumar Anand, and BJP District President Udaygiri Goswami welcomed the CM with bouquets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uttarakhand has become the 1st state to implement UCC in the country.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students of Gurukul College presented a cultural program to honor CM Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami. The program highlighted women\u2019s empowerment and yoga, captivating the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his address, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami emphasized UCC is not against any caste, community or religion but it strengthens national unity, integrity, social harmony and fosters gender equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He highlighted UCC will act as a safeguard for women, particularly those affected by forced religious conversions, and ensure a secure and progressive future for the youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He further stated that a united, strong, and self-reliant society is the foundation of a powerful nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Sudhir Giri, the Founder President of the Venkateshwara Group<\/a>, emphasized that the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), which promotes national unity and social harmony, will soon be implemented across the country, similar to what has been done in Uttarakhand. He called upon everyone to work together to re-establish India as a global leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MLC Shri Ashok Katariya stated this event was not just a formal felicitation, but a symbol of the restoration of values and ideals that will guide society in a positive direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Joshi, Chairman of the National Testing Agency (NTA) & Former UPSC Chairman, praised Uttarakhand\u2019s rapid development, attributing it to the visionary leadership and dynamic governance of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi affirmed the implementation of the UCC will put an end to the forced conversion of women, allowing them to lead respectable lives. This will promote national unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementation of the Anti-Cheating Law in Uttarakhand Secures Youth\u2019s Future\u2013Dr. Hari Singh Dhillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MLC Dr. Hari Singh Dhillon lauded Chief Minister Dhami\u2019s bold move in implementing the \u2018Anti-Cheating Law\u2019 in Uttarakhand, which will safeguard the academic integrity and future of students. Mr Dhillon was part of the event in which Shri Venkateshwara University felicitated Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, this felicitation function was held under the Chairmanship of Dr Sudhir Giri, the Founder President of the Venkateshwara Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
