In case of selecting float option, the candidate will have to deposit a tentative amount of Rs. 3250\/- security amount and counseling fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the 1st round of seat allotment, if any candidate chooses float option & does not deposit the Counselling & security fees, then he\/she will not be eligible for 2nd & 3rd round of JEECUP counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Similarly, candidates who exercise the freeze option but don\u2019t verify their documents and don\u2019t pay the admission fees within the stipulated time frame will not be eligible for 2nd & 3rd round of counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Candidates who don\u2019t verify their documents after freezing the allotted seat will not receive fees refund under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Such candidates can take part in special counselling from round 4 onwards. This process will be followed in the Special Counselling as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After document verification, candidates of government and aided polytechnic institutions will deposit the entire fee through their login on the due dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Seat Withdrawal:<\/strong> <\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nCandidates can withdraw their allotted seats by July 21, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>JEECUP Counselling 2024 Fees and Admission Process<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Fees Structure<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\nPrivate Polytechnic Institutions<\/strong>:\n\nCandidates admitted to private polytechnic institutions will have to deposit the requisite amount through their login till the last date and time fixed for each stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n The remaining tuition fee will have to be paid within the prescribed time period by logging in online through the Council\u2019s portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Counselling Process<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\nMultiple Phases<\/strong>:\n\nIf a candidate who has passed the Joint Entrance Examination-2024 does not take part in the first phase, then he can take part in the 2nd phase of JEECUP counseling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Similarly, the candidate who does not take part in the second phase can take part in the 3rd phase of counseling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Document Verification<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\nHelp Center<\/strong>:\n\nDuring counseling, the candidate must verify their documents at a help center in any district.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Then, they must present the original documents and one photocopy at the selected polytechnic institution on the scheduled dates of the allotment phase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of their decision. The allotment will stand cancelled in such a scenario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Seat Withdrawal and Refund<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\nSeat Withdrawal<\/strong>:\n\nIf a candidate withdraws from their admitted seat, the allocated institute and course will be canceled, and the authorities will refund the security fee\/residual fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n Exclusion from Counselling<\/strong>:\n\nThey will exclude such candidates from all counseling stages and will not be eligible for admission in the 2024-25 session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Special Counselling 4th & 5th round <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nThe special counselling for the 4th and 5th rounds of JEECUP is designed for candidates who have not taken admission in any institution till the third phase of main counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
