Shri Venkateshwara University<\/a>\/Institute hosted a tree plantation drive cum nature conservation awareness rally to mark the World Earth day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Sudhir Giri, the Founder President of the Venkateshwara Group<\/a>, has urged the staff and students to protect our Mother Earth by conserving nature and putting an end to the uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Venkateshwara Group<\/a> Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, & the Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VC, Dr AK Shukla, joined them to unveil the tree plantation drive cum nature conservation awareness rally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with our dedication to nature conservation, we have planted 501 shady and fruit-bearing plants both on the University campus and alongside the national highway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated because of climate change & uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources, the world is experiencing global warming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of this, we are experiencing temperatures of 42-45 degrees in April itself. If this continues unabated, the world is going to get doomed.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need to plant more trees to conserve nature before it gets too late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tree Plantation Drive on the occasion of World Earth Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, the Pro Chancellor, emphasized that neglecting tree plantation and nature conservation will lead to serious consequences for humanity if not addressed promptly. Hence, we should vow not only for tree plantation but for their lifelong conservation & promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora affirmed we should not only commit to tree plantation but for their lifelong conservation & promotion for a cleaner environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those present included the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Rajesh Singh, Dr Divya Girdhar, Dr Ana Erik Brown, Dr Yogeshwar Prasad Sharma, Dr Ashutosh Singh & Om Prakash Gosai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Rahul Kumar, Ashwini Kumar Saxena, Dr Ram Niwas Sharma, Dr Tejpal Singh, Dr Dinesh Kr. Gautam, Dr Anil Kr. Jaiswal, DR Vishwanath Jha, Dr LS Rawat, Dr Mohit Sharma, were all present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
