{"id":2708,"date":"2022-11-14T04:04:17","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T04:04:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.venkateshwaragroup.in\/vgiblog\/?p=2708"},"modified":"2022-11-28T05:29:39","modified_gmt":"2022-11-28T05:29:39","slug":"childrens-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.venkateshwaragroup.in\/vgiblog\/vginews\/childrens-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Children\u2019s day"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.venkateshwaragroup.in\/\">Venkateshwara Group of Institutions<\/a> Meerut celebrated the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru as Children\u2019s day by organizing many cultural programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.drsudhirgiri.com\/\">Dr Sudhir Giri<\/a> Chairman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.venkateshwaragroup.in\/\">Venkateshwara Group<\/a>, Dr Rajiv Tyagi Pro-chancellor, VC Dr Rakesh Yadav &amp; the Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh Inaugurated Children\u2019s day by lighting a lamp to the portrait of Pandit Nehru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the beginning, students Ruchi &amp; Vandana recited the Saraswati Vandana &amp; welcomed the guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sahil Kashyap, Ujjwal Sharma, Sneha &amp; Rakhi gave an exceptional dance &amp; song performance that mesmerized the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his address, Dr Sudhir Giri asserted that today we have assembled to celebrate the birthday of the first Prime of Minister of India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, also observed as Children\u2019s day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pt. Nehru was fond of children &amp; loved them a lot. In fact he called them the actual strength of the nation &amp; the foundation of society. Jawaharlal Nehru has a significant contribution to the country\u2019s independence from the British rule. Moreover, he was a great freedom fighter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, Meerut Campus Dir.
