Venkateshwara Group of Institutions (VGI)<\/a> Meerut organized a 1-day engineering workshop on Scope & employment opportunities in Engineering wherein 100 B.Tech, MTech & diploma students took part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri<\/a>, Pro chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, VC Prof. P K Bharti, Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh & the Dean Dr Ravi Shankar inaugurated the engineering workshop by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOD Lalit Kumar, Keynote speaker Mr Paras Agarwal & Tushar Yadav assisted them in inaugurating the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his inaugural speech, Dr. Sudhir Giri said an engineering student should be familiar with the field in which he should prepare & excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Rajiv Tyagi informed that nowadays many engineers are unemployed because they are ignorant of the various opportunities in upcoming fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to grow, one should know the different opportunities in emerging fields because the market is changing rapidly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Pratap Singh reiterated that the main purpose of organizing this workshop is to educate engineering students on how to upgrade their skills according to their trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key speakers Paras Agarwal & Tushar Yadav informed students of the various fields in which they can build their career because engineering is the backbone of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They informed of the emerging technologies that are in high demand. They enlightened students about AutoCAD, Solid works, Nsai, Rewet, & stead pro & other software packages because they are used widely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
